Like many before and after me, I recently received a permanent PSN ban from Sony. My question is this. With the purchase of content from the PSN Store, I have concluded a purchase contract for the use of digital content in accordance with the German Civil Code. As a result, refusing to use this content through Sony would violate the law for failure to perform the purchase agreement. Do we have a lawyer among us?

I assume that the game itself was not banned?
No, but the PS3 console and the PSN ID. The ban has already been confirmed by PSN Support. Purchase contracts have been concluded with the purchase of all content via a PSN ID. A denial of use for this digital content is a breach under the purchase contracts. Or am I wrong?
