Controller for Ps4 without stick drift?

I'm currently looking for a controller because my sticks drift when I play, i.e. The standard Ps4 controller. Therefore I'm looking for a controller that is not too expensive in terms of price because you can customize it yourself. By that I mean, for example. Can take the sticks out and clean them and also change the directional pad with the sticks. I hope I could explain my problem well.
