Games don't respond when my trigger stops are what can I do?

I ordered "Trigger Stops" for my ps4 controller by clicking on the ps4 L2 and R2 buttons. It works great, but there's a problem when I start a game and I'm in the Start menu, it doesn't start. How do I start my games without having to remove the trigger stops all the time?
