GTA V banned on PS3?

So my little brother played on the PS3 GTA V and some would-be modder banished her because my brother annoyed him or something. Now the guy says that he needs my brother's PSN login information so he can release him. The problem with this PSN account is data from me and the modder then has access to various things from me.

Is there a way to somehow get around this spell alone?

This "modder" has banned nothing at all. Cheap trick to get your account. You should be able to figure it out yourself.

I only know that my brother can no longer enter GTA Online. He also created a new character and tried it but that didn't work either.

The modder has to go to your account to release you, otherwise your account "RIP" used to be a modder.

I have GTA V for PC myself. Two weeks ago or so, Epic Games made GTA V free for a short time and that's where I got it. If I get a modded account, can I free my brother's account?
