My problem is that I can't play with my friends anymore because my NAT is Type 3 and not Type 2 anymore.
Does anyone know how to change it?
Theoretically I opened all shares for my Ps4 and it would have to work, but Ps4 continues to display NAT type 3.

Nat type 1 = best connection
Nat type 2 = normal connection (almost everyone has)
Nat type 3 = bad connection
At the ps4 nothing can change
Sadly, that is not correct.
NAT Type 1 states that you can act directly through the router without a firewall.
NAT type 2 states that accessing the Internet with a properly set firewall does not block online services.
NAT Type 3 states that the firewall is blocking the online services because the ports are not shared.
Anyway, basically the question is solved, you can't change anything about ps4
