I have released ports, but I think that something is wrong here, since fing (network diagnostics app) on the smartphone does not show any released ports for the switch

Did you also point your router to a fixed IP?

You do not need to activate ports because your router is finally in the DMZ.

So far, I have not found any options on the surface of the O2 homespot to view the registered IPs from the devices.
