Telekom Speedbox change NAT type?

I use a Telekom mobile router for my PS4, but due to the NAT type 3, I'm often restricted when gaming. Can you change the NAT type even if it is a mobile router? And if so, could someone explain that to me? I'm using a LAN connection. Would be very helpful if someone knows.

So please clarify directly with Telekom, normally you stay with NAT type 3.
