I have two monitors and one is connected to a PlayStation and the other is my PC. Both monitors have a jack connection as known from a cell phone. Now my question is there a cable that is plugged into both monitors and then has an audio output so that you can plug in headphones there? I would like to hear PS4 and PC at the same time.
Forget trying to populate two audio outputs with one track, you don't want to hear that.
But you could just take one with headphones and let the other run like that so you have both.
My monitors have no speakers: /
Then you can put some in the entrance. PC speakers also fit into a jack connector. And the PC itself has audio.
You buy a mixer, you pack the audio tracks from PC and PS4 on it and then hang your headphones on.

But only goes through jack, then you have to get the PS sound from the TV.
