Rocket League Two Factor Authentication (PS4)?

In Rocket League you now have to do the two factor authentication in order to be able to trade and you can actually do that at the very beginning, before you play your first round, but I skipped that (also on my 2nd account, which is actually for the was intended to trade and now I can't trade over the things I got) …

Oh, you didn't activate them on Epic games. Chill briefly

Open the browser on your mobile phone and go to the official Epic games homepage.
Sign in with the account you use for the account to play.
Then → my account → settings → password and security

Then scroll down to two-factor authentication.
You can then choose between three options.
