Psn account ban what to do?

I was banned from Psn because I allegedly used an unauthorized payment method and my account was therefore suspended on the account are games worth 1200 euro and it would hurt my heart if that didn't go back, I hope someone will the same experience can help me

You have received an email. There you can see how long the ban lasts. I'm assuming 30 days.

It doesn't just say the following for how long:

and when I go to it, it says that my account is locked and can't log in

Eieiei, this is a very bad business. The best thing to do is call PlayStation Support. As I understand it, you did NOT use any unauthorized payment method, did you?

It says that I'm blocked because of a chargeback what does that mean? Can I never use the account again now?

Your account is 'permanently' suspended. This means that the ban is permanent. But if Sony is wrong, then you have a right to your account again. Did you use an unauthorized payment method?

No, actually not just my girlfriend's and she somehow had it booked back and then it came

She didn't really want to book that back with the one she just wondered why something came from PayPal and then my account was blocked
