I'm currently setting up my room for the new PS5, but I can't really tell if this would be enough space to let the hot air out of the fans. On the PS5, all of the main fans are in the rear and are an estimated 50-60 degrees. If I were to place the console in it, there would be about 7 cm of space in the back. Would this be enough space or would I have to look for another location?
Just put it in front of the TV so that it blows nicely into the room, or is aesthetics so important to you? Do not know how hot it will be, but find the area too small if you look carefully
As Babaarez has already mentioned, it's best to somehow position it so that the console blows into the room, that's the best thing for you.
And I don't think it's a good idea to put the PS5 in this closet. If you put the PS5 in there, then at some point it will begin to suck in the expelled warm air itself (which is absolutely not beneficial), as the warm air accumulates at the back.
