Play Ps4 plus second account online?

There are a lot of questions and answers about this, but nothing works.

We have two accounts on our ps4. Both of which should not be deleted, i.e. No new ones should be created. That went well for years that one account has ps plus and the other can also use it. But now the subscription runs on the other account and the first account at that time can no longer use it. No matter which account I have just set as the primary ps4.

What are we doing wrong or maybe it will look different with the new updates. How do we get it back so that we can use the subscription on both accounts as usual? I know there are downsides to the second account, but playing online was always an option.

Hey only one acc should have Ps plus like e.g. User 1 has shared psplus User 2 so you activate the premiere of User 2 and then simply reset 😉
