I recently bought the dlcs for darksouls 3. Everything went perfectly and was also fun. However, until today it suddenly said that I had no licenses, and I was sent to the main menu. If I want to start now it says: required dlc not found and both dlcs are listed. I play on ps4 and have restored the license, restarted the game several times and also reinstalled the dlcs. Nothing brings anything and I can't even play normally because he also wants the dlcs installed for it. Maybe someone here knows about it and can help?
Go to the game (don't start, but where you can also select the trophies) and go all the way down to PS Store> right side> select my add-ons: Does it all say "Installed" at the bottom right?
Also: How did you "reinstall" the DLCs?
As far as I know, you can't do that, only the entire game…
Anyway, try the following:
Uninstall DS3 completely
Back up your DS3 memories (USB or at PSPlus Online)
Delete the saves from the console
Turn off your PS4
Disconnect the power cord
Wait 2 minutes
Turn the PS4 back on
Install DS3 without add-ons
Launch it and see if you can start a new game
If not, something is wrong with the installation: Are you starting from disc? It's possible that it's gone…
But if the game works, quit it again
Install the add-ons
Start the game again and see if it works.
If so, then quit it again and reload your saved games on the console and check whether it still works: If not, it is due to at least one of the saved games.
If the game doesn't work again after installing the DLC, then the problem is with the DLC and you should contact PS Support.
