PS4 account sharing DLC?

Here are the facts: I'm the Acc with the purchased DLCs. My friend can play the game (which only I bought) normally but with the dlcs he will be directed to the store. I bought this directly as a bundle (vlt is that important?) So my question: how can my friend play the dlcs? Mine acc is deactivated on me primarily and activated with him on primary.

I've got myself and can download DLC's but the only thing I do not think is Season Pass stuff so give it a try again

Is The Game Bought On A CD Or In Store? Some CD games just do not work
