Two weeks ago, I got a new line 1&1 250. With Lan everything comes through constantly (eg on my ps4) with a mobile phone, it breaks every once in a while Wlan aborts and not only in my but also in the cell phone of my siblings. Even if I'm in the next room or even sometimes directly in front of the "dslbox", I'm connected though, but nothing gets through.
Can someone help me and tell me where these Wlan crashes come from?
Router ever restarted? Should you try first.
Otherwise, a solution idea:
The 7530 is a dual-band router (WLAN with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with the same SSID), so that some Android devices have problems. The change the SSID and somehow do not get it properly.
Log in the router (configuration page of the router) and turn off the 5 GHz Wi-Fi test completely, or give the WLAN only for 5 GHz another name of the WLAN (for this you have to activate the extended view in Fritz boxes).
On your Android device, delete "your Wi-Fi connection" and connect freshly to your Wi-Fi (in the near range with 5 GHz, more distant with 2.4 GHz) best with the WPS-key on the router and the menu "press WPS-key" on the smartphone (This menu can be found in the list of WLANs).
If it works stably, your problem is resolved!
