Hi, I can open the app normally and search for anime. But as soon as I want to start a video, I get the error: "Unable to access online features. Please check your network connection settings and try again" But I did a connection test and everything is working as it should. Other apps work too. Do I have to change anything in the settings? Use Crunchyroll for the first time.
Did you restart the PS4 and then try again?

Uninstall the Crunchyroll app from your Playstation 4 and then install it again.
If it still doesn't work afterwards, check the settings to see if it's set to German.

Crunchyroll can also be used free of charge but then with advertising.
I've come across this problem when trying to play the free version of Crunchyroll, didn't have it when trying out the free 14 day trial.
