My PS4 is getting louder?

I have had my PS4 since the beginning of 2020 and it is slowly getting really loud. It is on my table at normal height but still too loud. I clean them from the outside every month, so all the air intakes etc. All of this just doesn't help. Does anyone have experience with anything like this?

You can open it and replace the thermal paste. That helps in most cases. Instructions can be found on Youtube

It gets almost no air back there. In any case, push the farther away from the wall and occasionally clean the PS4 from the inside. Did you use it or buy it new? Because used PS4's are often completely dusty.

It still pulls dust and clogs up inside, with every dust grain the fan gets more air resistance and it gets twice as loud, once through the extra effort and once through the friction in the air.

it only helps to open up - clean and oil - and do it again. Attaching a particle filter to the ventilation slots would be a permanent solution.

Screw them apart (carefully) and go with a cotton swab and the ventilation and get the dust out.

I bought it new.
