Playstation repair - duration?

I received my PS5 on Saturday. Unfortunately it did not work properly and I called the support on Monday and sent the console to Yusen Logistics where it arrived this morning. What is happening there now and how long will I have to wait? How long did it take on PS4?

It may be that it is simply exchanged and you get a new one sent to you, or it is properly checked and then repaired

Does Sony stand on it… Can take a week or even longer, depending on whether it is done in this country or sent elsewhere

I had to send mine in too. Has not yet arrived at Sony, but the email said that they would try to return the console within 15 days of receiving it. Has anything changed in your status?

I sent it in on Monday and it was on its way to me again on Friday. Today it will be delivered by DHL.
