HSBC bank fraud?

I sold my ps4 on eBay and sent it to someone from England. He said he lives in Scotland. When I gave him my bank details, he said that his bank had sent me a message. Then I got a message from HSBC bank and they then asked me information so I had to enter where I live and so and give my account data. When I did that, they said that I should buy a 100 euro amazon voucher card so that they can transfer the money. Because you can do money laundering with voucher cards. But unfortunately I bought an Amazon DE card that they couldn't use so I had to buy a 100 euro Steam card and send it to them. They said that they would give me 250 euro for the ps4, 50 euro for shipping, 100 euro for the Amazon card and 100 euro for the voucher cards. When I gave him the card, they said that the buyer of the ps4 had drawn 700 euro instead of 500 euro from the account through a mistake and that they are ready to be transferred to my account, but they need 200 euro steam voucher cards to be the buyer Could give money or something. They would then credit me the 700 euro to my account. So I don't know what you're thinking, but I feel gossiped. Is that a scam? And if so, I can do something about it because I have the address of the buyer and Dhl could tell me where the ps4 is.

pa

Watch out. The whole thing is a scam.

The best thing to do is to redeem the credit you bought yourself before the scammer does it!

Take care of yourself.

de

Amounted to! Under no circumstances transmit data! You will never see money!

Ha

And what about my ps4?

pa

You do not get.

Ha

But I can know with dhl where the ps4 has arrived

No

Plain and simple… Money and console are gone… End of story.

Ha

But you can know with dhl where it was sent

Co

Forget about selling, you are being scammed right now.

Pe

You can write off the PS4 and you won't get any money.

I can't understand why you should fall for such nonsense. If you don't know how it works, ask people who know, e.g. Your bank. She would have told you that no bank interferes in business like that.

No more sending money, no more buying cards and the best is to report it to the police. And since you have passed on your bank details, you should also watch your account closely for the next time. Greeting

Ha

What can the police do there? With dhl I can know where the package is right?

pa

Do you think;)

but they always send some nonsense. So that you can then say "we have sent this anyway, look here is the tracking"

when the package arrives: make sure to make a video of you opening it!

Ha

Can I achieve something big with an ad?

pa

Not really.

Pe

I have no idea, I guess there's nothing more you can do, the package is guaranteed to have already been picked up.
