Share room with brother?

I have to share a room with my brother. He plays on his PS4 all the time, talking to his friends about it all the time. I'm someone who just needs some rest and that's what annoys me so much. He often plays until midnight.

I have sleep problems and when I try to go to bed to get enough sleep, it's the loudest at exactly that time. Apart from his PS4, I generally want to get my own room.

What can I do in your opinion? Another apartment is currently difficult.

Listen to music falling asleep (headphones) and tell your parents otherwise.

Especially if you have to get up early the next day your parents should make sure that your brother is quiet in the evening.

Your brother could indeed put on the PS4 headphones. Mobile partition would also be an issue. Can you build cheap gabz yourself. You get a thick blanket over a mobile wardrobe and push it to your brother's gaming table. I mean something like that:

Drying rack can also help is just a bit bulky.
