Ps4 become much louder after updating the database?

Hi, I have updated my Ps4's database and since then I can no longer go online and the Ps4 is loud as soon as I'm in the menu in Modern Warfare (where this character is running and where the modes are on the left side) I have thermal paste 1 month ago renewed MX-4 and dust removed since then it is quiet but when I updated the database it got louder: /

Sounds like the hard drive has overheated, try changing the hard drive, if it didn't work, something went wrong with the fans.

But what does the fan have to do with the hard drive?
