PSN card code first 2-3 digits / letters broken rubbed?

I accidentally rubbed a coin too heavily on my 50 Euro PSN card code and now the first 2-3 digits are no longer visible, I do not have the cash bong anymore.

Is there a possibility or a trick?

Or can I somehow report in the support of Sony (Playstation) and demand a new code?

(Code is already a bit older)

I think if you have to prove that you really have it.

Call the support, send them if so allowed by mail. Maybe you will be given a new code out of goodwill.
