I want to play Beat Saber on PS4 but I don't have VR glasses. Is that also possible without?

Don't know the game, but there are VR-Only and VR-Supported Games, you have to look at the package, it always says on it.

No, without vr glasses etc. You will not be able to control it and therefore be able to use it

No. Even if they did, it wouldn't be the same. This game lives from the fact that it is in VR.
