What accessories do I need to play Beat Saber (ps4)?

I will soon get a PSVR and the game Beat Saber. I still have a motion controller and the ps eye of the ps3 but I'll need another one for the game, right? And if I buy the PSVR, what else do I lack of accessories? Is the necessary camera included? And can I use the old motion controller for the ps4 as well?
