Important: Ps4 games via USK 12 on sub-account?

A very important question for me, namely: I've recently gained a Ps4 Pro, and because I and my brother already own a Ps4, I've discontinued the Pro as a subaccount of the others (you know, hopefully, what I mean by that). Now it's just that I'm just a minor, and at the beginning you have to enter his date of birth, which in turn must be confirmed by the parents. Everything worked. Now I wanted to search for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in the PSN Store today (the digital one), it was not found. Maybe the right experts will know what happened then. After much research, I found out that, regardless of any parental control settings, I can't see any games over USK 12 due to the age specified when I enter them. I also asked my father, but of course he knows nothing about it. If you do not know what I mean, write a comment. My question now: Would my Ps4 Pro play a DVD of a game with e.g. Recognize USK 18 now, and could I use this?

Just try changing your age on the playsi so set birth year then 2000
