Microphone to PS4 and PC at the same time?

I'm looking for a way to use my headphones (Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 ohms) and a microphone (to be an XLR) simultaneously on the PC and on the PS4. Have already researched, and with a mixer you could indeed conduct the two sound sources on a headphone, but what about the microphone? How can I send the signal to PC and PS4?

But why not just two splitter cables, something like this:
