Rode microphone is much too quiet?

Since mid-December I'm streaming on Twitch and wanted to contribute something to improve my voice transmission, which is why I ordered a microphone (Rode NT-1A).

Since this microphone requires a 48V phantom power I have ordered the Rode AI-1 interface. Also an Ammoon AGM02 mixing console was tried out.

Ahead notice, my PC has no extra sound card, but one integrated on the motherboard.

Now to my problem, the transmission volume is so low that it actually does not exist. Unfortunately, I'm not an expert in the field and now really desperate because I do not know how to continue. I hope someone can give me a tip on how I can solve the problem because I can't think of anything anymore, Google, YT, forums have not helped me all so slowly I have the impression it can't be properly set up.

I describe my procedure: So I started with the NT-1A and the AI-1 interface. Micro -> XLR cable -> AI - 1 -> USB cable -> PC /// lights on the interface have lit up to activate the 48V phantom power had to press a knob, this lit then permanently red (was given ). From the PC came the message that the USB device or the RODE NT-1A was ready for use and fully functional. I wanted to test my new microphone now in the Discord, but quickly realized that nothing is transmitted when I speak. Then I opened the sound settings, checked source and regulator and also turned up the gain control on the interface. Nothing happened. Only when the gain control on the interface was turned up at maximum and I was asked by other participants in the discord to 200% volume was my voice quieter than a whisper perceive. I have also checked the slider in the window sound summary of only 1-2 bars rash was at full open Gainregler.

The same phenomenon I have when I operate the RODE NT-1A with the Ammoon mixer. All controls on the mixer are turned up to the maximum, but virtually nothing is transmitted, except noise (when fully turned on).

For both versions, I spoke into the microphone from all sides, tried different USB interfaces and the phantom power was always on.

What amazes me is that when I speak, or even screaming as good as no rash in the Windows sounds is displayed, but I type with a fingernail give the grid s.Microphone beats the level full.

I'm desperate, I hope someone can help me

Most likely, the membrane is broken or a light loose contact.

Swap the mic, then run again.

And what do I do best with the micro? With the interface or the mixer and why the respective component?

Ch

Which interface do you have, each interface usually has a driver. You have to google it. Then download and find out which ones are necessary

If the cables are OK, you should call the seller's service technician and follow their instructions step by step.
