How can I get fifa 19 back to work?

The following problem is with me:

A few days ago I wanted to download a new game from the playstation store but I did not have enough space. At that time I had the disc of FIFA 19 in the drive and wanted to delete a few of the installed games and I'm off provided also at fifa 19 on delete gone. Have it reinstalled from the CD and then comes the normal menu and I can choose the language. So far so good then continue to play juve paris for cl finale while online kram is installed. But choose between language and cl finale (Juve Paris) comes the message:

The application can't be used anymore.

The disc can't be read.

Make sure the disc is not damaged or dirty.

Then there's application close and remove disc.

okay the disc is no longer the newest because I have already almost a year and also play other games but until I have deleted the disc provided was not there in the beginning of what that the cd hangs or something and I have them after the Install directly back in the case. Just wanted to gamble again with a colleague pro clubs but I noticed the above-described problem. He said but I was still in proclubs inside with him but if I have deleted everything, it would have to be gone with him or not? I did wrestling and it works fine.
