Ark give admin to other players?

Hello a friend and I play ark locally on ps4 online and he wanted to give me cheat rights so that I can do GCM and so but we do not know what the command is called please write how the command is to make other players cheat free I can't open the admin bar thanks in advance

Ka how to open with ps4 console, google itself. Cheat goes via Showmyadminmanager, there are all commands listed and somewhere is "give gcm to" or something like that and then just select play.
