I'll get the new Playstation on the 19th and currently have a 60hz monitor.
The PS5 can do 120fps and now I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading to a better monitor with 120 + hz. Do you notice a big difference and don't you also notice a difference from 60fps to 120fps on a 60hz monitor?

A 60HZ monitor can only display up to 60FPS
A 144HZ monitor can only display up to 144FPS
etc.
So yes you can tell the difference. Because the 60HZ monitor can't display 120FPS. But only 60FPS
Worth it is relative, is a minimal difference.
I also doubt that the Ps5 can do that!
The PS5 is pretty cool, some games go in 30FPS, some in 60FPS, some in 120FPS 🤷♀️

Yeah kind of really sucks in my opinion.
If you have a 60Hz monitor, you will see absolutely no difference between 60FPS and 120FPS.
So if you have a 120Hz monitor then you will notice the difference. Because I had tried an 80Hz monitor, and between 60Hz and 80Hz I also notice a difference when moving the mouse.
