I wanted to buy one of the next gen consoles (if I can get one ^^). These create 120fps. But my TV only has 60hz. My question is, if I have any problems with 120 fps at 60hz. With my Ps4 I never had problems with 60hz but it only manages 60 fps
No, you just don't have 120fps, there are no problems.
I don't think 120fps is bad because I only play 90% single player games anyway
