Are these DSL information good (Fritzbox 7490)?

Does anyone know and can tell me how good / bad the data here are? Maybe you can see why I sometimes have smaller lags while gambling (PS4 over LAN cable).

Use MagentaZause L (100 Mbit / s) from Telekom.
