I have very often impairments on the Internet (MagentaZause L 100 Mbit / s with Fritzbox 7490) while gambling (PS4 via LAN cable). A disturbance message to the Telekom is already out the cause for some days on the reason go.
I've already tried a lot myself, such as Swap the cable, Fritzbox 7490 reset to factory settings and set up new, the router say a new 7530 and then again bought a 7490 (a total of 4 routers tried including the Speedport Smart 3 Telekom), ports for Call of Duty open and independent port enable enabled, noise immunity set to maximum stability, PS4 prioritized in the Fritzbox 7490 … (PS4 was the way synonymous times changed, although not because of the Internet but have changed it).
Have heard that the DNS can be changed to possibly have a better connection, so I changed in the Fritzbox the DNS server with IPv4 and IPv6 to the 1.1.1.1 and tried again and again how it runs with 1.1.1.1 and with the DNS from the internet provider. I feel no difference.
No idea what I can do myself / should, I'm firmly convinced that it is NOT up to me but what has also confirmed me a technician of the telecom. Incidentally, my cables are also laid clean, did not cross over etc.
Do you think I have done enough or can I try something else? What would you do in such a situation? Please honest opinions synonymous of Telekom Hilft here are really really nice.
What I have to say: If the Internet without problems / disturbances runs then it works and indeed really good!
Do you have a limited amount of data per month in your tariff? When it's used up, there can be problems as well.

One thing in advance: Thank you for the effort you have already made to rule out a mistake with you. Since you have tested several router models and your Playstation is wired via LAN, you can almost rule out an error with you.
How do the impairments express exactly? And do these actually only occur while playing with the Playstation? Everything always works fine on the PC?
