I would like to buy a new TV because my old TV has too long a response time and it is not really fun to play with the PS4.

Maybe you can suggest cheaper TVs that are enough to play with. Doesn't have to be that big either.
You can't leave after the reaction time, too many factors play a role with TVs. Do proper research beforehand which TVs are suitable for gaming. Input lag is a topic that can otherwise spoil the fun of the game.
Next to JTC, Blaupunkt is the worst thing there's on televisions, with which you can't even watch TV five times, you can completely forget about gambling on the box!
