Can you block a player in gta5 so that he can't rejoin?

I have a problem with gta 5 because me and my friends are always joined by a player who only kills us or he uses godmode (play on ps4) and kills us. We were also in a meeting by invitation only and strangely enough he was able to join us even though my friends and I blocked him.

Blocking doesn't work, rockstar just doesn't care if someone hacks. The main thing is that they get their money and simply reset the accs from the people who cheated or slipped their money.

You can rejoin very easily with a hack, you only need the name of the player you want to rejoin. So you are unlucky, he can still join you
