Do you need a specific line for LAN cables?

I need a little help, I wanted to find out if you need a specific line for Lan. Or another requirement. I wanted to connect it to my PS4 and wanted to be sure before I order it. If you don't need a special line, who can recommend me a good and cheap one?

You need to make sure that you have a LAN cable connection in your home. Without the connection, you can't connect a LAN cable

Eg a router that is connected to the Internet. Put the Lankabel in there and then connect it to Ps

Wouldn't take now, which has a totally bad data throughput, then the thickest line is no longer useful.
