Overwatch not installing?

Today my new ps4 game arrived. It's the origins edition of overwatch. When I inserted the disc, I made updates, it took about 20 minutes. Then came a new screen showing a progress of 0%. I then left the game for a moment and went back in. I was then able to start the game all at once and played through the tutorial completely. I thought nothing of it and wanted to start playing with my girlfriend when I noticed that I couldn't select "play" at all. It's just gray and above the display it says "game installation" with 0%. So I left it and waited.
My problem, however, is that nothing has moved for 4 hours and it just stays at 0% (see picture).

Do you know what I can do? I've restarted the game and console several times, but nothing

Step 1: turn off the console.

Instead of a reboot, do a new installation… And don't go in until it is completely downloaded.
