Can I trade with Rocket League on a different device?

I started rocket league when it became free to play to trade but you have to buy 500 credits first so I did that (on Ps4) then I wanted to trade with someone who plays on the PC but it is not possible to trade cross platform When I go to rocket league via pc, I trade because the accounts are linked. Is that a problem that I bought the credits on ps4?

But you can do that from pc to pc or ps4 to ps4 but not pc to ps4
