Pc upgrade when is it best?

I've been thinking about my current gaming PC for a long time.

I think it's time to upgrade. Is a GtX 1660 advisable to play current AAA games on 4K?

I don't necessarily need a high-end PC because I also play on the Ps4.

By the way, I have had my PC for almost 6 years.

Unfortunately, the 1660S only has 6GB VRAM, which can become scarce for 4K. Generally, the 1660 (S) is actually not a 4K card.

What would you recommend?
