TV flickers, I need your

I was watching YouTube today on my PS4 connected to my TV with an HDMI cable. Suddenly I heard a crackling sound from the battery cable of the television and… ZACK. Now my TV is flickering and I wanted to ask you what the cause and the problem of my TV is. I would also be grateful if you could tell me how much such a repair costs.

Surely you are advised to buy a new one. Repairs can be expensive. Put the TV back: Every now and then everything is with stripes and then I pull the cable out of the socket and after approx. I put it back in for 1min. And so far everything has been ok. The TV has to be on (do not switch it off with the remote control) Just pull the plug.

So the TV doesn't have a battery cable 😅

And what do you mean by "crackling from the cable" where exactly?

Can the menu still be opened normally or does the screen flicker there too?

This is a defect on the T-CON board, do you still have a warranty or manufacturer's guarantee on the television?

So I mean a short circuit with the crackling, the menu can be opened but I can't see much because it is still flickering…

Unfortunately it looks very bad.

You can check whether there's a Repair Cafe in your home and go there and try to find someone who can repair it for you, but a T-CON board is not necessarily cheap, and that has to be found first
