I have to set my daily goals, which means that I should recruit a player from my organization, what does that mean?

You have to invite someone to your Ceo / VIP / motorcycle club, the invitee must then join them.

So I just have to register, as a VIP or President and invite someone to the club or arcade, and that's it

Don't go into your building. It has to go into your organization. You can invite to wherever you registered.
