Foreign body in the neck child?

My son is 11 years old. Since about 2 weeks he says it feels in the neck as if there's something in it. If he eats something… He thinks or it feels as if he smothered! It started as mentioned about 2 weeks ago… But only once every day! But last night, every time he eats something, he has the feeling and directly suffocates fear!

I have to say that he plays PlayStation Fortnite with his friends ♀️Dabei he has headset on… We noticed that of course he speaks louder thereby and sometimes when he gets upset too I'll say peep!

And no, the headset is not set loud!

Can that possibly come with the feeling in the throat that he speaks so loud, cries, and squeaky?
