Philips or Samsung?

I have the choice between a 43 inch Samsung TU8079 Smart TV and a Philips Ambilight 43PUS7805 / 12, also 43 inch. The Philips is a little more expensive. Which one should i take? Would like to use it mainly for Netflix, Spotify and Playstation.

On the other hand, the splendor of colors that the Xiaomi can display is absolutely atypical. Unfortunately, it can't be tamed for normal films and TV programs; the screen does not differentiate between normal videos and HDR in terms of colors. This makes the picture look overdrawn, too colorful and not very natural.
