I do sports at home with only dumbbells but only 15-25min due to corona

My goal is to reduce body fat but mostly I just eat my reason so I have no deficit so I exercise to increase consumption.

The problem in my room is also my PlayStation 4, which entices me, causing me to break off after 15 minutes and then prefer to gamble with the boys.

My question: what can I do while playing while sitting to increase calories?

I have this forearm hand trainer where you can adjust the difficulty. But is that enough?

With the hand trainers you burn a few calories but they will be so negligible that it would take years to actually reduce something with the deficit. Especially in the situation that you only stay on the couch due to Corona, the danger is that the body breaks down unused muscles and your basic requirements decrease. With the same calorie intake, this ends up in an increase in body fat.
