Replace US power plug?

My friend wants to sell me his Samsung curved monitor for some reason, this monitor has a us plug

Since I have the same monitor, I know that you can disconnect the cable

Could I just get another power plug designed for the EU?

(It's not just a cable like ps4, but there's a power brick on it in the picture)

US plug vlt 110 V, Europe 230 V!

For most devices, only the plug is different, the transformer and the device behind it are identical.
