Ubuntu and Shadow and Chiaki?

I installed Ubuntu and it runs so far.

Shadow applmage downloaded and executed. Also works until it says "Your shadow is ready to go" and then it loads until my shadow goes offline again, so forever.

Chiaki started, ps4 connected to Account ID and "session has quit". Registration via online ID is unfortunately not possible.

If I could get the two things up and running, Windoofs can do it.

Someone has a solution.

So are new Ubuntu versions not backwards compatible at all? Then why are new ones developed?

If the company only supports a specific version for the software, Ubuntu has no effect on it
