Ark Ps4 split screen problems?

Started playing Ark. Play for two on the Ps4 Pro in split-screen mode and have the problem that the upper split-screen partly shows the surroundings of the lower split-screen as a shadow

For example, the lower character stands in front of a palm tree (so only sees the tree trunk), the tree crown or the palm leaves can be seen as a shadow in the image of the upper character. These shadows change with the movements of the lower character. This is totally annoying and depending on the environment (e.g. Forest) it can be unplayable for the upper player.

I hope you can help me somehow, maybe there are any setting options?

Plays with 2 consoles… The PS4 is too weak to play Ark cleverly - and then to 2t…

keep in mind, Ark Singleplayer also starts a server and then 2 clients… That can't work… Not clever…

Thank you, I will tell my husband he has to buy a second Ps4: DDD then I just don't understand why the split screen is possible at all. I haven't found anything on the net yet either.

They had to set that up and back when Ark came out, it went quite well - only now after the 1000th update, everything is much bigger, better and nicer - and the PS4 never joins in…

maybe this can run on a PS4 pro, but not on the standard…

plays on the PC, because it works - with the correspondingly good PC - great…

All complain about ps4 but the xbox one has the same problem. I agree they are to weak to play ark right but it's not just the ps4 and it can be disable in both via the admin command menu
