So I sign the problem. It is so that the Internet always fails for a short time, always differently. For example, on the cell phone, I don't have internet for a few seconds, then there's always an exclamation mark at the top of the WLAN sign or it completely disconnects from the router and then connects again after a few seconds.
Also on the ps4 when I play a game e.g. Fortnite (no hate because of the game please haha) I have a relatively good ping and then the ping goes up so 70-150 then takes a few seconds. But it is very rare that my game is "freezed" from this point of view, I can no longer move in-game and get kicked out of the game. We could not find anything specific in the log, only that the performance drops to 0% in the app, we could see that

Maybe tried with another router? Maybe your current router is broken. Or carry out a software update there, if necessary factory setting of the router.
