Ps4 too loud despite cleaning?

Yesterday I had unscrewed my ps4 because it had made a lot of noise and cleaned the fan with vacuum cleaner and cotton swabs and today it is just as loud as before the cleaning! In addition, my ps4 is about 20 cm from the wall

can someone tell me what it can be?

Renew the thermal grease from the CPU, believe me that will do wonders. I also thought, just make you angry, that helps. But I only noticed it clearly when I renewed the paste on the second try.

PS: was especially problems with the thermal grease in the 500gb old version (Obs with the newer is still so I do not know.)
