PS4 Pro overheats despite fan change?

So I got a Playstation 4 Pro about a year ago.
After a while she started getting stuck in the middle of the game and couldn't be turned off properly. It was really hot in the back.

I attached an external cooler at the back that pulls the air out. Has brought nothing. Then I thought maybe it was overheating because it was on wood (it was very warm where the PS4 was)

Then I got a fan where you can put the PS4 on it.
But it didn't help either, even placing them horizontally didn't help.

When she started to hang up faster and faster, I bought a new internal fan. I had a delta in it and swapped it with a nidec.
I also replaced thermal paste and pads. I cleaned it too, but there was almost no dirt in it.

It went well for a while, until she got stuck after a long time.

I have to say that I never had the problem that the PS4 Pro gets loud.
My old standard PS4 sounded like a vacuum cleaner, but the Pro wasn't even loud. Neither with the Delta, nor with the Nidec fan. But both work. I turned them on when they were open to see if they were spinning.

I actually only find things on the topic too loud, but I have the suspicion that something is wrong with the control of the fan or something, because it just doesn't turn up properly.

Does anyone know what that could be and whether you can get it fixed?

Change thermal paste, I made barley on my Ps4 and it has become significantly quieter, moreover, if it were so loud, no cool air can be brought to the CPU

Yes, as described, I replaced the thermal paste when I installed the new fan. It never gets loud, so not even a bit louder in the beginning, it is always completely quiet.

I made feet on my Ps4, just from an old package. On every corner a little what is made of it and what is good.

It lies on an extra stand with a large fan on it, which slightly ventilates the bottom of the PS4

How do you know that the console is overheating? The game continues?

Hm… I haven't had a PS4 on my crafting table yet. Following idea. Purchase a power supply e.g. This on https://www.amazon.de/...07DG16TKS/ And let the fan run on the power supply. In addition, set it up vertically / upright with enough space around the console.

Ne it gets stuck and I have to pull the plug on the PS4
